What is an escape room?
An escape room is an immersive, real-life puzzle game where you and your team are placed in a themed room and must work together to find clues, solve puzzles, and complete a mission within a set time limit — usually 60 minutes.
Is it scary?
Most of our rooms are thrilling but not terrifying. Haunted Asylum is our horror-themed room with jump scares and darker content — not recommended for children under 14. All other rooms are suitable for ages 10+ with adult supervision.
How many people can play?
Room capacities range from 2-10 players depending on the room. Check individual room descriptions for details. Larger groups can book multiple rooms for head-to-head competition.
What if we get stuck?
Every group has a dedicated Game Master monitoring your progress via cameras. They can provide hints through an in-room screen if you need a nudge. You can request unlimited hints, though we recommend trying to solve without them for the best experience!
Can I book a private room?
Absolutely! All our bookings are private by default — you'll never be paired with strangers. Your group gets exclusive access to the room you book.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free up to 4 hours before your session.
Do you host corporate events?
Yes! We offer corporate packages including multi-room tournaments, custom puzzles, catered reception areas, and debriefing sessions. Contact us for a custom quote for groups of 10+.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available in our lot directly behind the building. Street parking is also available. We're a 5-minute walk from the Downtown Metro station.
